CCSA Cyclones Goalkeeper Coach 2023 – Current

Aceyla is one of the top up and coming coaches in SWFL.. Acelya coached with Coach Bajro Dizdarevic at camps and has assisted in CCSA Cyclones goalkeeper training since 2017.

Cyclones Coaching Highlights:

  • 2023-24 U19 Girls Black Head Coach: Dimitri Cup Finalist
  • 2022-23 CCSA Goalkeeper Coach and U8 Girls Assistant.  U8 Girls  – Played League and all tournaments one year up. Champions SWFL League  FYSA Regency Festival. Finalist Dimitri Cup,Weston Cup & Tampa Bay Super Cup.
  • 2017-present: Assistant Coach – CCSA Cyclones Goalkeeper Training Program under Coach Bajro Dizdarevic. 

High School Coaching Highlights:

  • 2023-Present: Bishop Verot Varsity Girls Head Coach
    • 2023-24: FACA District 18 Girls Coach of the Year
      • Class 3A District 18 Champions, Private 8 Tournament Champions

Player Highlights: 

  • Played in the 2021 WPSL Semi Pro league with Cyclones and earned 2021 South Region All-Conference Team for Sunshine Conference – Southern Division
  • 4 year started as Division 1 College Goalkeeper at Northwestern State University & Troy University.
  • Southland Conference Goalkeeper of the Year x2, First-team All-Conference x2, All-Tournament Team x2, Goalkeeper of the Week honors 7 times, First-Team All-Louisiana x2, and All-Academic First-Team x2.
  • Senior Year: Student-Athlete of the year and Tournament MVP.
    • Hold 4 records at NSU that include: Most career shutouts, most consecutive shutouts, most shutouts in a single-season, and best goals against average.
    • Shutouts (12) was ranked 2nd best in the nation.

 Started as a player with CCSA and came through Cyclones program.

Played 4 years of varsity high school soccer. Set the single-season shutout record at Mariner high school and was named All-State 2 years, All-District all 4 years. Led team to a District championship in 2018. In May 2020 was selected to The News-Press All-Decade Girls Soccer Team.
