- 2023-24: Head Coach 2008 Cape Coral Cyclones Girls Black. Undefeated in group play at National Showcases NCFC and undefeated in Disney showcase. 2nd in NPL League
- 2022-23: present: Assistant Coach – U15 Cyclones Girls Black Team under Coach Bajro Dizdarevic.

- Helped produce 13 All-Conference players and five Div I Regional All-Americans. Secured Top Drawer Soccer’s “Top 100 Players.”
- 2004-2008: Director of Coaching at the club level for the High-Country Avalanche in Boone, NC
- Created the Avalanche Academy – A weekly developmental skills program for children under 11. The first group produced six Div I and II soccer players, one member of the US Men’s U20 National Team turned professional player, and two current college coaches.

Coach Farrell is the Assistant Principal at Cypress Lake High School and has been with Lee County Schools since 2013. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Appalachian State University.
