Coach Martin currently holds a USSF E License and is in the process of obtaining his USSF D License.
Has been a Cyclones Head Coach since 2010.

- Head Coach of Mariner High School Boys Varsity Soccer team 1995-1997 and from 2000-present. Was named New Press All-Area Coach of the Year FOUR times, FACA West All-State High School All-Star Coach 7 different times, and FACA West All-State High School All-Star Coach 7 different times.
- 2021-2022 District Champions for 5th straight year, Regional finalist for 5th straight year. Named FACA District 16 4A Coach of the Year.
- 2020-2021 4A High School State Final 4, FACA 4A Coach of the year. District and Regional Champion.
- 2019-20: 4A High School State Finalist, FACA 4A Coach of the Year, News Press All Area boys soccer coach of the year
- 2018-19 with Mariner High School – District Champions, Regional Finalist, 3-A Coach of the Year for District 18. Lee County Athletic Conference Champions.
- He began Coaching at Mariner High School as an assistant coach in 1993. Head coach of the Girls Varsity Soccer team 1997-2000. Was twice named Lee County Athletic Conference Coach of the Year during those seasons.
- Coaches the Elite Overnight Camp at the University of South Florida in Tampa under head coach George Kiefer from 2005-present.
- Coached competitive soccer with San Carlos Park from 2000-2006.
- 2007-Present F.A.C.A District 16 Chairman (representing Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Desoto counties)
