- Director of Coaching and Player Development for River City Soccer Club in Phenix City Alabama winning State Cup championship as Head Coach in 2010 with U12 Boys and State Cup Runner Up 2009 with U11 Boys. Created the Red Star Soccer Academy and was a founder of the CFC Red Star Soccer Club.

Over his 25-year coaching career, Coach Mike has placed over 100 signed players for college scholarships. He developed 2 players that went on to be professionals: one MLS (New England Revolution), one WPS (Atlanta Beat).
