CCSA Academy Director for the 2019 to current, assisting the pathway for CCSA U7 to U10 players into the Cyclone program.

- 2024-25 U10 Girls. FYSA U11 D2 State Champions. USA Undefeated league play. Region C Commissioner Cup winner, Weston Champs, Dimitri Champs, Tampa Bay Super Cup Champs. All playing up 9v9 one year.
- 2023-24 U10 boys head coach: Naples Kick Off Classic- Champs, Alliance cup- Champs played U11, Cape Coral Cup- Champs, Commissioner’s Cup U11 Semifinals. USA League- 2nd Place.
- 2022-23 U10 Girls Head Coach: (Played UP ALL season in U11) Champions: Region C, Extreme Cup. STATE RUNNER UP. Finalist: Fort Myers Kick off, Tampa Bay Super cup, Dimitri Cup. Champions Sarasota Cup.

Over 15 years as Alabama Olympic Development Program (ODP) Staff Coach and is currently active with the Georgia Olympic Development Program (ODP).
Director of Coaching and Player Development for River City Soccer club in Phoenix City Alabama winning State Cup championship as Head Coach in 2010 with U12 boys and State Cup runner up 2009 with U11 Boys. Created the Red Star Soccer Academy and was one founders for the CFC Red Star Soccer Club.
Over his Coaching Career, Coach Mike has placed over 100 signed players for college scholarship. He developed 2 players that went on to be professionals: one MLS (New England Revolution), one WPS (Atlanta Beat)
