Virtual Training

In light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, Cape Coral Soccer Association is offering virtual training resources to continue the education and development of our players while at home.

Any video or training resource that is provided by our coaching staff will be accessible via our YouTube Channel. These drills and techniques are open to all teams and levels – both rec and club. Many require minimal equipment (usually just a few cones and a soccer ball) and can be done in a moderately sized space, such as your home’s front yard.
