Oui is a 20 year veteran of CCSA coaching both competitive Boys and Girls teams. He was born in the Country of Thailand, where he was introduced to the game of soccer. He continued to play the game of soccer when arriving to the United States. He successfully formed a U11 Boys team, continued on with that team until they became U18 with many seasons of league champions both USA league and South Florida United and tournament championship titles.

At High Country Avalanche, created the Avalanche Academy, a weekly developmental skills program for children under eleven. This first group eventually produced 6 Div 1 and 2 soccer players, 1 Member US Men’s u20 National Team turned professional player and 2 current college coaches.
At Appalachian, helped produce thirteen all-conference players and five Division 1 Regional All-Americans. Secured Top Drawer Soccer’s “top 100 players.”
At Catawba College, rebuilt Division II program with a 4-16 record (2008). Winning record in 2010, 2011 and 2012. From 2011-2012, Catawba was 3-0 against nationally ranked teams. In 2012, Catawba was 2-0 versus teams who made the NCAA tournament.
The Assistant Principal at Cypress Lake High school and has been employed with Lee County Schools since 2013. Holds a bachelor’s degree from Belmont Abbey College (Business Administration) and a master’s degree from Appalachian State University (Educational Leadership).
Played college soccer at Belmont Abbey College (Charlotte, NC) and was a three-year captain and four-year starter and was recognized as Team MVP and Division II Regional All-American in 1999.
